Most of what matters is only visible in Chinese sources. I make it visible to the European decision-makers who have to act on it.
Why this exists
Chinese AI and industrial technology are moving faster than the European reporting on them. Executives here are asked to make decisions about a market they can only see through translation and delay — usually months after the fact, and rarely with the detail that would change anything.
An AI can summarise Chinese sources. It cannot tell you which of them to trust — that takes years of following the same companies closely enough to know.
I read the Chinese sources directly, and I have spent twenty years working between the two markets — my own company in Beijing, the China presence I built for an Italian architecture studio, and eleven years building the China business of an Austrian automotive consultancy.

Which developments in Chinese AI and industrial technology are actually in production, at what scale, and what they mean for your sector — with the reasoning, so the conclusion holds up in your own management meeting. As a recurring briefing or on a single question.
Whether to work with a particular partner. Whether a technology affects your product roadmap. Whether China belongs on your agenda at all. You get a clear position and the reasoning behind it — not a report you still have to interpret.
Entry strategy, localisation and business development for European companies entering the Chinese market. The work SE Incubator was founded on.
